Our Process & Safety
The Science
Think of the fresh, clean smell in the air after a thunderstorm. That's ozone.
Our machine generates a high concentration of ozone (O₃), which is a naturally occurring, "supercharged" form of oxygen (O₂). These unstable ozone molecules attach to odor-causing bacteria and other organic matter, chemically destroying them at the source. Once the treatment is complete, the ozone naturally reverts back to stable, breathable oxygen, leaving behind nothing but fresh, clean air.
Step by Step
We discuss the nature of the odor and the size of the space to provide an accurate, upfront quote. Before treatment, we ensure all people, pets, and plants are removed from the area.
We place our commercial-grade ozone generator in the treatment area. The machine runs for a specific duration, calculated based on the space and severity of the odor, filling the area with a high concentration of ozone.
After the treatment cycle, the ozone is allowed to revert back to oxygen. We then thoroughly ventilate the area. The space is typically ready for safe re-entry within 24 hours from the start of the treatment.
Ozone shock treatments are only performed in unoccupied and sealed-off areas. No people, pets, or plants.
We use a high-output, commercial machine with built-in safety features — not a low-grade online import.
We provide clear instructions on preparation, what to expect during treatment, and when it is safe to re-enter the property.
